The Village of Saint-Antoine’s by-laws are adopted by the municipal council at public meetings. The procedure for adopting a new by-law consist of a motion followed by three readings of the by-law and adoption.

Saint-Antoine is a francophone municipality offering services in both official languages. For this reason, the by-laws and policies are written in French only. If you would like more information or would like to consult the paper version, contact the municipality at (506) 525-4020.

Since March 2020, the municipality has access to an enforcement service for municipal by-laws and regulations. If you have any issues or questions, contact the municipality at (506) 525-4020 and municipal employees will assess the situation and redirect the case to a by-law enforcement officer, if necessary. A By-Law Complaint Form can also be completed and sent to village@saint-antoine.ca or can be dropped off at the municipal office during business hours.
