In 2021, a pumptrack circuit was built in Champdoré following the hard work of the committee. In December 2019, a group of students from École Camille-Vautour made a presentation to the municipal council with the aim of creating a partnership with the municipality to build a pumptrack circuit in Champdoré. This project was very well received by elected municipal officials. A committee made up of students from the school as well as representatives of the municipality was created to carry out this project and the committee recruited Rémi Mantion, a former member of the national BMX team from France, to support them and give them advice.

A pumptrack circuit is a course made up of several consecutive bumps and banked turns designed to be achieved by "pumping" the bike in order to build up speed needed to circle the track instead of pedaling or pushing. This kind of circuit is accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level. It allows to develop reflexes and acquire good driving habits. Cycling is a sport currently booming.

Being the only one of its kind in the county of Kent, the pumptrack circuit is an asset to the Town of Champdoré and surrounding communities. The track is also located behind the school to the right of the Fernand-Léger outdoor skating rink and the slide giant to encourage young people to use it before returning home. The place has also been well chosen in order to have a connection to the trail network multifunctional of 7.8 km which crosses the municipality. This project encourages the activity for the maintenance of good health in our next generation. Of the lights will soon be installed so that users can use them at sunsets.

This initiative intended for a young and active public and carried out by young people has enabled the municipality to work closely with the teenagers of the community in order to realize their vision and build the track he had been dreaming of for a few years. The official opening took place in 2022. The municipality intends to offer activities at this new facility, including an annual bicycle rodeo, and other activities like competitions and bike clinics with selected bike experts and BMX who worked on the design of this project.
